If you are a photographer shooting the landscape scene, try to find an "s" curve to be included in your image. River and stream meandering. Rather than put yourself in front of a "straight" part of the river, moving until you catch the gentle curve of the river is needed. Similar to a garden; find a path winding and use it to add movement and interest to your photos.
Note frame your subject. If you shoot the scene, try to use the branches of nearby trees in the foreground. The "frame" can not be perfectly focused. You can also use the frame effective when photographing people. Perhaps you can frame a group of children playing in a park with a tire swing in the foreground.
